Dahlia Beach is a fast growing dahlia farm and nursery in Woodstock, specialising in the sales of online 'bulbs' and cut flowers. We have two separate sites in Oxfordshire catering to both wholesale and retail flower sales and we are looking for someone highly organsied and self motivated to join our team as a Admin Assistant..
We're recruting for a highly organised, process orientated Admin Assistant to join our busy flower farm. The Admin Assistant is responsible for handling all customer service enquiries, shipping orders, paying invoices, completing paperwork, organising logistics and managing the farm diary.
Responsibilities:
- Replying to customer service emails
- Processing orders and arranging for posting
- Email management and paperwork filing
- Tracking temporary staff hours and timesheets
- Organising paperwork and logistics for events
- Paying invoices
- Co-ordinating ad-hoc staff
- Booking accommodation and transport
- Sourcing materials for the farm and events
- Assisting with warehouse packing and farm jobs as required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
