We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join the ‘Be Well’ Health and Wellbeing service within primary care, covering GP practices across the Venn PCN.
This varied and busy administrative role will see the post holder working as part of a friendly and dedicated team within Primary Care. This post will play a key support role with the primary focus of providing high quality and comprehensive administrative support to all roles within the ‘Be Well’ Health & Wellbeing service and all of our stakeholders across the Venn PCN.
The post holder will provide general administration support to staff members, alongside support to patients via telephone, email and letter. The post holder will also be involved in the ongoing evaluation of the service.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up to date data is added to our computerised systems (SystmOne, Excel and other databases as required). You will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and be confident to use these on a daily basis, therefore good keyboard skills are essential.
You will need to have an understanding of confidentiality and data protection which is imperative. The ability to prioritise your own workload and be systematic is essential. You must have a flexible approach to work, in order to deal with set deadlines and varying workloads. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. In addition to IT experience, there is a need for excellent customer service and good communication skills as well as a confident telephone manner.
The successful candidate must be available to work 8:30-4:30 across three days per week.
