Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Working from Home
Salary: £21,181 per annum for 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a detail-oriented administrator to support our dynamic and growing team. You will bring a curious and analytical approach to your work, as part of an innovative NHS programme that helps support people who access health care more than expected (High Intensity Use (HIU) Programme).
You’ll support the team with their work through exceptional data processing and attention to detail, helping us improve our reporting and evaluation of this exceptional service. You will be a confident user of all MS Office programmes, especially excel.
You’ll be part of a team working to lower stigma and change mindsets by assisting our evaluation and reporting of this vital service.
To be a successful Service Administrator you'll need:
- A positive personality and a 'can do' attitude - and you're always looking to find solutions and improvements
- To seek insight and demonstrates an ability to gather and use information efficiently by checking what is required to understand the issues
- To relish the opportunity to work towards achieving targets and encourage others to do so too.
- To be excited by the chance to work alongside a passionate and diverse team.
- To be comfortable using a range of IT packages (MS office, client management software...).
- To be proactively inclusive and promote diversity.
- Excellent written and oral communication (letters, minutes, notes etc.)
- Experience of administering a procurement process (raising POs, requisition etc.)
- Experience of processing invoices an advantage
- Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail
