At BPAS, we're looking for an administrator to come and join our fast paced and dedicated team in Bournemouth. As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for completing all administrative and client support tasks within the hub, supporting clients through their episode of care.
This role is for 24 hours per week. The detailed working pattern can be found below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as necessary, and also welcome clients and escorts to the hub directing them as required.
- Accurately check or complete all necessary BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring relevant documentation is available for the client's episode of care.
- Provide all information to clients in a supportive and reassuring manner, to ensure informed choices are made at all stages of their care.
- Monitor, edit and amend appointment list using the booking system, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.
- Advice on and collect fees from clients, carrying out and implementing BPAS financial and banking procedures, and carry out other cash handling and banking procedures when needed.
- Provide admin support for safeguarding in the hub.
