About us
Pinetum Gardens is a small business in Carlyon Bay. We are professional, agile and our goal is to be one of the leading gardens and accomodation providers in the county. we are a family owned and operated business set within a well established garden which is home to one of the largest plant collections in the county. Over the last few years we have created 15 beautiful self catering lodges within these gardens to welcome visitors from all over the world. We are now looking to recruit more staff to assist with the operation.

We are looking for someone to join our admin team, taking principal responsibility for the reservations of our lodges and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for guest queries.
- Ensuring that all queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Establishing records of all local pass holders and members of the gardens.
- Answering all phone calls on a daily basis.
- To help out in ticketing when required.
- To be capable of checking guests in and out of accomodation.
- Processing of invoices and revenue figures.
- Overseeing the complete reservation process
- Be able to store cleaning supplies in a designated place.
- Communicate well with other staff members.
- Learn about health and safety rules and pass on any information to other staff members.
- Satisfy client expectations.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
