Band 6 Admin and Marketing Lead
Newham Talking Therapies (NTT) is recruiting a Band 6 Admin and Marketing Lead.
The post-holder will be responsible for the management of processes that ensures an efficient and effective administrative and reception provision for the service, in-line with service targets and protocols as well as assisting the Operations Manager and the management team in coordinating a strong marketing strategy.
The post-holder will work closely with the Operations manager and demonstrate experience of managing a team and leading creative ways of working and devising new systems. This role requires a good understanding of managing admin teams and processes plus involvement in senior projects.
We are looking for a team player with a flexible and willing attitude who has the ability to multi-task and with a proven track record as a team lead.
There is an expectation that you will work flexibly; work closely with your peers, Operational Manager, Clinical Leads; accepting opportunities to develop your Leadership skills. The successful applicant must also be able to contribute in meetings and to take accurate minutes of meetings and hearings as and when required.
The post-holder will have excellent IT knowledge and skills as well as a comprehensive knowledge of office systems and procedures but will be expected to keep abreast with modern trends and work closely with the Operations Manager in developing the administration team strategically in order to provide a highly efficient and skillful Administration provision within NTT.
The post-holder will also need to demonstrate good communication skills, whilst working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
NTT is one of four IAPT services run and administered by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). NTT helps to identify and treat common mental health problems like low mood and anxiety, through a range of different therapies and interventions that can be done in groups, by telephone, online or face to face. Aiming to provide the least intrusive evidence based treatment available.

This post is offered as a full-time (1wte) permanent post, 09.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We currently offer blended working; working from both home and from the office, a minimum of 1 day must be worked from the office. This is subject to change in line with service needs. The candidate will be expected to work across sites as required.
