This is an exciting opportunity to join the Gravity Global media team – the largest growth area in a rapidly expanding network agency. Whilst the role is based in Norwich, you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across the US, London and Oxford.

As a result of the continued new business wins, we are seeking a dynamic Ad Operations Executive to join our fast-paced Digital Media team. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies and a mastery of workflows and processes. You will be self-motivated, analytical, highly educated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

Previous experience with digital media platforms like Google Ads, CM360, DV360 and other programmatic channels would be strongly preferred, however training will be provided on the role and requirements for our ad operations processes. Our main requirement is for this individual is to have a “superpower” in attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Media account set-up and billing management

  • Setup client accounts in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc), ensuring billing, security and user access is all functioning and in-line with agency best-practice
  • Set up ad campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 and DV360
  • Work with internal teams and clients to set-up/link ad accounts and payment profiles
  • Participate in QA workflows with internal teams to ensure best practices and compliance on campaign set up.
  • Ownership of media reconciliation using MediaOcean
  • Checking and signing any insertion orders, and raising purchase orders


Ad Trafficking

  • Trafficking ad campaigns to CM360
  • Maintain a pro-active relationship with all colleagues to ensure our clients are kept up to date on campaign developments
  • End-to-end campaign management for content syndication and premium placements, from negotiating with vendors to providing proof-of-performance to clients
  • Maintain and update creative spec sheets for all channels


Tracking and reporting

  • Setting up and monitoring ad trackers and floodlight tags
  • Ensuring campaigns follow precise naming conventions (where appropriate) to link with client or agency reporting workflows
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Specialists to review performance of on-going campaigns and optimise towards agreed KPIs.
  • Help maintain campaign reporting and other operational workflows.
  • Provide delivery reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting tracking issues


Experience / Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable experience working on digital platforms, ideally in an ad operations role either in-house or within an agency environment, however this is not a requirement.
  • University degree in Maths, Science or Business-related fields
  • Experience working with Analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded.
  • Technical proficiency with a high capacity for problem solving.
  • Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies.
