Job Brief
Accounts and Stock Administrator to manage Sales Order and Purchase Order processing, including Stock reconciliation and account P&Ls.
Responsibilities
- Enter Goods In/Arrivals of all stock into Sage
- Enter Sales into Sage and create delivery notes/invoices where necessary
- Generate various reports including Cash Reports, Purchases Lists, P&L Reports etc
- Stock reconciliation
- Purchase Order processing including booking of transport, generating labels, forecast planning of stock etc
- Applications for various documents via online portals
- General office admin duties as directed including answering telephones etc..
Qualifications
- proficient in Sage Line 50
- intermediate knowledge of Excel
- solid data entry skills with attention to detail
- highly organised and able to manage own time
Requirements & Benefits
This role is Office based only (Southall)
Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm
Saturday 08:00am - 12:00pm
Salary - £11ph - £12ph depending on experience
Holidays - 24 days plus Bank Holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
