Overall Purpose
This is role is to assist the cashier day to day operations mainly focusing on general AR activity. This ranges from cash uploads, customer reconciliations and progression within the credit services team.
Key responsibilities for this job:
- Cash postings from bank
- Bank reconciliation (GBP, EUR, USD & Company Credit Card)
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Allocation of Credits and Receipts
- Assistance with Ledger management
- Support with Direct Debit collection
- General Administrative duties
Knowledge and experience required:
- Similar experience in similar role would be an advantage
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Use of Sage 200 and Excel
- Responsible and willing to take ownership of work
- Good Communication skills are essential and must be able to work on own initiative
- Job will particularly suit applicants with an analytical acumen
- Problem solving skills
- Team player
