Our Role

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant for Accounts Receivables (AR) to join our busy Finance Operations Team and support our growing B2B and Wholesale Business. Reporting to the Financial Accountant of Cash & AR the Accounts Assistant - AR will support the growing B2B/Wholesale team as well as maintaining online and store tender type reconciliations across the entire business.

What you'll be doing

Accounts Receivable:

• Perform credit checks and work alongside the B2B/Wholesale teams to successfully set up new B2B/Wholesale customer accounts
• Raise B2B/Wholesale/Ad-hoc invoices in Excel and D365 for stock related sales and royalty/commission deals
• Ongoing reconciliations of the B2B/Wholesale Customer Accounts, following up and resolving any discrepancies and outstanding items on a timely basis
• Responding to emails and queries sent to the accounts receivable inbox
• Run outstanding debtors’ reports, send out monthly statements and chase any outstanding debts
• Allocate payments received against relevant invoices and customer accounts

Cash to Sales:

• Assist in maintaining the Balance Sheet Reconciliations for Credit Card, PayPal & Cash control accounts for the UK, USA & Ireland
• Assist in daily reconciliations across multiple tender types
• Processing of journal uploads from monies received
• Support the ongoing reporting of cash losses to the Business
• Assist with the month end process

Other:

• Assisting the team with busy periods/overflow/holiday cover
