Accounts Receivable Manager
Glasgow (Hybrid working)
Salary from £47,200 - £59,000pa, plus up to 15% performance related bonus and healthcare
Permanent, happy to talk flexible working

The Accounts Receivable Manager will lead and coordinate the Accounts Receivable processes to ensure compliance with the defined process model and support the team to deliver a high value added and cost effective Accounts Receivable service. Provide excellent customer service whilst ensuring control, compliance, safety, quality and legislative requirements are not compromised.
These processes include:
- Creation, maintenance and continual review of debtor records
- Non energy miscellaneous billing
- Provision of appropriate information to monitor the end to end process and highlight potential issues in a timely manner.
- Manage daily compliance with the process model, understanding all issues and taking corrective action to resolve them.
- Manage and monitor the use of company purchase cards and credit cards
- Manage and assist with the ISO reporting and internal/external audits
What you'll do
Efficiently manage the Accounts Receivable Team and all Accounts Receivable activity and processes across ScottishPower. Manage effective and customer oriented relationships across ScottishPower developing relationships and driving excellence.
What you'll bring
- Business Degree/Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Finance or Accounting
- Detailed knowledge of SAP Administration processes
- Strong management, influencing and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge, with proven ability to apply these to resolve complex issues
- Experience of managing high volume transactional processes working with integrated IT systems
