My client is a globally recognised brand with the EMEA offices based in London. Due to recent changes in the team they are now looking to hire a new Accounts Receivable Manager to manager their accounts receivable function.
This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working, based in Central London.

Job Description
Accounts Receivable Manager, London
- Oversee the AR processes for the six European countries we operate in.
- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the team to achieve high performance
- Need to understand the Customer to Cash process from end-to-end (getting the orders into the system until settling payments from customers)
- You'll be responsible for the operational execution of invoicing, cash collection and credit management
- Manage and improve Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Commercial Finance and local Supply teams to ensure seamless, scalable, and efficient end-to-end processes.
- Ensure controls are effective for internal and external audits
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for AR processes
- Proactively support reporting of Cash Flow actuals and forecasts
The Successful Applicant
- Highly experienced in Accounts receivable area, couple of years work experience
- First experiences in managing a team
- Proficiency in using accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong drive to build a high performing team
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys cross-functional collaboration
What's on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
