Account Receivable Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an analytical and committed Account Receivables Clerk to join our ever-growing team at 0 Percent. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accurate reporting for all accounts receivable data, audits, reports, and outbound communication with clients related to delinquencies failed payments, payment information changes, refunds, and much more. This individual will need to value transparency in the workplace as well as have a growth-oriented mindset to thrive in 0 Percent’s fast-growing sales environment. The role will not only be analytical but also entails a high level of customer service and cross-department collaboration to truly be successful.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Manage company account receivables, data entry, and tracking
Collect any and all outstanding account receivables
Manage, process and mitigate disputes and chargebacks
Manage and process client cancellation and refund requests
Assist in billing or account receivable communications and reports for internall personel and clients as needed
Collect and sort all invoice, credit, bill, and order statements
Enter all relevant data into accounting software
Draft invoice statements for customers and vendors
Utilize electronic, standard and certified mail services to deliver invoices
Process payment through various channels
Issue reminder and final notice statements to dilatory and delinquent
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Review and reconcile any irregularities in receipts invoices
Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure accuracy in finances
Audit all invoicing and charges on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in the accounting
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES

Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
Strong computer skills and highly proficient in; Stripe, Click Funnels, Referral Rock, Docusign, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Excel, and Jotforms.
Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures
Outstanding organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to execute projects within given timelines
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (Preferred)
Minimum (2) years of accounting industry experience (required)
Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
Ability to work in an enclosed office environment.
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
