Team Introduction: The global revenue management team is responsible for all management, approval and analysis related to revenue and responsible for the revenue contract review of the company's overall business lines, managing global revenue financial systems, and ensuring that Bytedance revenue data management processes are in compliance with GAAP requirements.
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Manager to be part of our global revenue management team based in London. As part of a team in our rapidly growing business, this individual will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients, with a very good sense of risk and excellent communication skills, and help the team shape efficient and trusted relationships with our business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing contracts, billings, fund allocation, AR collection, reporting etc.
- Be responsible for providing accounting requirements, revenue-related business information, system optimisation etc. liaising between local AR team and HQ.
- Interact with EU sales teams on behalf of Finance AR to improve local revenue management qualities.
- Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development.
- Build/optimize processes, specifications, related templates, etc. working with HQ.
- Provide relevant support to the business teams as necessary.
- Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
- More than 5 years working experience in accounts receivable / accounting.
- Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgement and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in stressful situations.
- Good understanding of the local commercial market environment, processes and customer habits in European countries.
- Bachelor degree or related qualification in finance or accounting, preferably with local certificate/qualification.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Proficient in English and other European languages.
