Job Description

Our client, an immediately recognisable brand that stands at the forefront of its industry, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with stock experience to join its finance department. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock levels with purchase orders and invoices.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate stock data.
Conduct regular audits to verify stock levels and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports related to accounts payable and stock.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, preferably with exposure to stock management.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
