Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve:

• Checking expenditure listings and ensuring that AP invoices are posted correctly.
• Conducting full reviews of service charge expenditures, identifying and correcting any errors.
• Completing variance analysis of costs vs budget and producing final reports to a high standard of accuracy.
• Handling administrative tasks as required.
• Taking on other ad hoc duties that come your way.
