Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for financial leadership relating to Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Enterprise Leases, and Intercompany Settlement. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness for payment of invoices, expense reports, and adhoc check requests. The incumbent is also responsible for the proper accounting of Enterprise Leases, Fixed Assets and Intercompany Settlements.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
CPA preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum seven (7) years' accounting experience OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum five (5) years' experience.
Minimum two (2) years' leadership experience (role, team and/or project management).

Responsibilities
Coordinates the year-end 1099 reporting process for payables., Manages all aspects related to accounting for Enterprise leases., Manages and provides oversight of the Accounts Payable function, Vendor management and Intercompany Settlements., Manages the hiring, coaching/training, employee development and performance management of assigned team. , Provides direction for Board of Directors payments, deferrals, and taxable income statements., Provides direction over Fixed Assets to ensure accuracy of yearly property tax assessments and payments, monthly depreciation, and enterprise leases., Serves as primary contact for various audit activities., Works directly with all areas of the Enterprise, internal and external auditors, and government agencies.
