We have a number of different divisions, including; Energy, Oil & Gas, Process & Water, International and Control & Automation. We have over 800 employees and with a healthy forward order book and a projected turnover of £180m this year, it is an exciting time to join the business.

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our finance team, based at our Head Office in Southampton.

This is a full-time role 9-5 with 45 mins for lunch or Monday-Friday however, we will be willing to consider part-time candidates as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Administration
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Creating adhoc reports where necessary
• Daily supplier account reconciliations;
• Supporting in query resolution.

Key Skills/Background:

• Having a background in an Accounts environment is preferred
• Experience using multiple accountancy systems and confident with Excel;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate & thorough
• Enthusiastic and keen to succeed
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to organise workload efficiently
