Job description
Castlefield are currently partnered with a forward thinking and dynamic business in North Leeds who offer hybrid working of 1 or 2 days a week in the office. They are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on an initial 6 month contract however there is a strong possibility of extension. The company are based in modern offices which have onsite parking and are easily accessible via public transport. Flexible working can also be offered for the right candidate.
Role:
- Inputting invoices onto the inhouse system
- Undertake weekly payment runs
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Holding responsibility for the Sales Ledger
- Credit control duties including chasing debt with phone and email
- Undertake weekly payment runs
- Working closely with other departments assisting with a variety of financial tasks
Experience:
- 1 year experience working within a Finance role or other relevant office position
- Have good MS skills including Excel
- Be able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
