The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and will demonstrate attention detail to ensure accurate and timely reporting. They successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Complete Weekly Payroll - Time & Attendance submission
- Complete Weekly & Monthly Product Costing analysis
- Calculate & Analyse Losses
- Review Material Ledger weekly
- Calculate & Analyse formulations
- Labour Analysis / Absence report
- Stock Audits across factory
- Accounts Payable Support (Workflow Queries)
- Raise Purchase Orders & Manage Costs
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven and want to ascertain career progression. This role calls for an individual with minimum 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced finance function, who is currently undertaking professional exams (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Currently undertaking professional exams (CIMA/ACA/ACA).
- Strong Excel and experience with Microsoft Office.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- An ability to work using your own initiative & demonstrate a go-get attitude.
Our client is keen to attract a candidate who wants to learn and develop. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Analyst, who will provide excellent training and guidance throughout. This role offers a clear progression pathway with a 3-5 year pan to ensure, the successful individual will move up within the team to achieve their career aspirations.
