Overview:
To assist the London Finance Team in the Monthly Accounting Cycle and undertake Financial & Management Accounting tasks as required in respect of StoneX Financial Ltd and other group companies in the EMEA region.Responsibilities:

To assist the London Finance Team in the Monthly Accounting Cycle and undertake Financial & Management Accounting tasks as required in respect of StoneX Financial Ltd and other group companies in the EMEA region.
- Preparing and assist with month end adjustments & accruals for the UK & Europe (Poland, Cyprus & Ireland) retail business
- Preparing & reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Completing monthly variance reviews & management accounts
- Finance monthly payroll postings for Poland, Cyprus, Dubai, and Ireland.
- Reviewing and correcting any intercompany breaks
- Assisting with internally developed software
- Assist with local annual audits and preparing financial statutory accounts
- Support ad-hoc analysis & projects from senior management and Retail UK Financial Controller
- Assisting and providing cover for other members of the team
- Accounting degree or studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Experience of finance monthly and daily routine processes
