P&P Glass is part of the Performance Timber products Group and has three showrooms in Guildford, Wimbledon and Esher.

We are looking to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant to work as a key member in our small Accounts team based in Guildford to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave.
The position will include a variety of accounting and admin tasks with a large part of the role covering the day to day running of the purchase ledger.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking with a previous accounting/admin background They should also have the following skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and to use their own initiative
- Excellent communications skills to deal with Customers and Suppliers
- Experience of Sage preferable
- Happy to work in a small team
This is a part time position of a minimum of 16 hours, ideally spread over 3 days. However, there will be the opportunity for more hours near month end & to cover holiday periods. Days of work, hours and salary can be discussed further at interview as we are flexible.
