Job description

Our client is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time basis working from home for a leading medical nutrition business.

Due to huge company growth the client is recruiting for this position which is a fully remote role working from home to assist the accounts and finance team.

The main duties of this role are:
  • Completing the debtor and/or creditor ledger
  • Monthly booking and journals
  • Monthly wage journals
  • Bank reconcilation
  • VAT processing and claims
  • Expense claims
  • P & L accounts
  • Payroll support
The role will also involve purchase order processing and invoices and dealing with any accounts related queries.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have a knowledge of SAP (this is essential)
  • Have a strong background working in a similar role
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Analytical Mindset
