The Lime Pictures and Lion Television In-House Finance Team are expanding and have a new permanent full-time opportunity for an Accounts Assistant on the Purchase Ledger to join their Liverpool based team. We will also consider applications for part time on a job share basis.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your main duties will include registering invoices & credit notes and matching to approved purchase orders, ensuring that suppliers are paid to agreed credit terms and in line with SLA requirements, reconciling supplier statements and reporting any unresolved queries to the AP Manager before suppliers suspend credit terms.
This is a high-volume role covering multiple accounts and operations so excellent organisational and administrative skills and a cool head under pressure are essential. You must have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent prioritising skills and the ability to work to tight turnarounds and deadlines.
Knowledge of systems with good IT literacy are a must, and bonus points if you are familiar with Octopus PMI.
We are currently operating a hybrid model of working between the office and from home/remote working.
