Our client based in Sutton Coldfield are recruiting due to promotion an Accounts Clerk to join their team.
The roe is really busy and fast paced so the day goes quickly.
Duties will include.
Using Excel
Using Word
Using an inhouse CRM
Recording timesheets and calculating them into the payroll file
Posting invoices into Sage
Scanning of all invoices into the CRM system
Posting and emailing invoices weekly
Dealing with all return and sales notes ensuring any actions are picked up and dealt with
Ordering stationery for the department and any office equipment
Helping out in the team when required
The person
Experience in an Accounts department
Team player
Good attention to details
Figure orientated.
Word Excel ideally Sage experience

Hours are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday 30 minutes lunch.
Salary 20k
