About the Job
This role involves maintaining the sales ledger, completing bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, and assisting the accountant with month end tasks.
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes on Sage and updating master spreadsheets
- Producing Aged Debt reports
- Posting supplier payments and employee expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns & CIS returns
What you will need to Succeed:
- 5+ GCSEs, including Maths and English
- 2 years' experience of working in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
