Account Assistant/Administrator
Job Type
Full time permanent (Would consider someone looking for flexible hours)
Salary
£25,000 for the right candidate plus benefits.
Hours of Work
8.30am to 5pm Monday ot Friday (Would also consider someone looking for part time)
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Allocating payments
- General Administration Duties
- Answer customer queries by phone & email
- Providing POD's, copy invoices etc.
- Scanning & indexing documents
- Credit control
- Setting up new accounts
- Ad hoc duties as required by Senior Accountant
Key requirements for the role:
·Ideally you will have worked within a busy accounts department within the motor trade, you will have a keen eye for detail and be exceptionally organised with great verbal skills with a high degree of computer literacy.
