2fawcett are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a company located in Batley on a permanent, full time basis.
The need for an accounts administrator has arisen due to the business growing and expanding. You will be joining a small, friendly and experienced team.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
- Processing invoices
- Credit control
- Processing customer payments
- Resolving issues associated with customer invoicing
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Processing credit card payments
- Processing of monthly/weekly expenses
Requirements of the Accounts Administrator
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, telephone and email
- Good people skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
