An opportunity has arisen at Ramsay’s Transport Ltd, we are looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join the team at our Lochee premises.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of Sage experience, be highly organised and with a great attention to detail.
Working Schedule:
§ Part-time, Permanent
§ 18-20 per week, optional occasional overtime
§ Monday-Thursday, 9.30am-3:00pm
Daily duties will include:
§ Entering of Sales Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts
§ Entering of Purchase Ledger invoices into Sage Accounts
§ Maintenance of Purchase Invoice register
§ Creation of Commercial invoices
§ Answering telephone calls/email and directing as required
§ Administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, creation of purchase orders and reconciliation of purchase invoices.

Experience:
§ Sage 50
§ Adapt with Microsoft packages – Excel & Word
Driver’s licence preferred.
