Key Responsibilities
· Ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded and accurately entered into the accounting systems
· Ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies laws and regulations
· Prepare monthly reports
· Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and hotel procedures
· Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
· Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
· Report, Analyse and ensure integrity of all financial information
· Company general admin and filing
Candidate Requirements
· Ideally some experience in Sage accounting system or similar
· Confident with Microsoft office and email applications
· Must be candidate of honest nature and full integrity
· Good analytical skills and hotel controls
· Team leader with excellent organisational skills
· Good communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week
Salary: £9.90-£10.90 per hour
