Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounting Manager to join our growing Accounting team. In addition to providing thought partnership to leaders of our rapidly scaling business, this role will manage the day-to-day needs of our Accounting function, including general ledger, tax, month-end close, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

In this Role, You Will:

Manage month-end close process
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
Ensure GAAP, tax, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Finance team to research variances in monthly financials across company divisions
Play a key role in annual financial audit
Work on special projects to enhance Accounting and Finance workflow automation
Establishing internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
Development and documentation accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting & CPA
3+ years in public accounting required (preferably within Big 4 firm)
2+ years managing a team required
Understanding of US GAAP principles required
Ability to communicate complicated Accounting / Finance concepts across the organization, including to senior leadership
Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
Salesforce and NetSuite experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders
Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment preferred
Thrive on change and finding/building solutions to complex problems
