We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations to facilitate capital funding requests from clients.
- Facilitate wire instructions for vendor expense payments and review fund operating expense accrual budgets.
- Process portfolio trade activity for fund investments and review asset reconciliation and execute PNL allocations to Investors.
- Review and prepare management and performance fee calculations, investor notices, capital statements, auditing financial statements and onboarding of new clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred, ideally within the Financial Services field.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is preferred.
- Systems proficiency in Advent Geneva and / or FIS Investran is a plus.
