We are on the grow again and searching for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager is responsible for planning and directing the accounting activities of the Staff Accountants, and is also responsible for performing complex accounting needs for the Company. Duties include assuming a leadership role to guide accounting personnel in daily tasks, and reviewing financial data to make forecasting decisions and communicating the information to the Controller and the Vice President of Finance & Operations.
This position allows for a remote opportunity. At minimum, quarterly travel to Corproate is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure organizational adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other accounting standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and review of all required regulatory filings.
- Advise on annual budgeting and prepare accounting reports for executive leadership. Review work submitted by accountants and manage accounting close processes.
- Perform analysis on financials and accounting metrics for presentation to Controller/Vice President of Finance & Operations.
- Daily Treasury Trading with Goldman Sachs.
- Daily final review of the FNBO Tax account.
- Daily upload and Reconciliation of the TriState Direct Deposit Funds Account.
- Daily upload and Reconciliation of the TriState ACH Returns Account.
- Daily final review of the net rec account.
- Management of Investment Tracking and reconciliation.
- Periodic review of positive pay check exceptions.
- Periodic review of the positive pay ACH debit exceptions.
- Periodic Posting of Debits for Client State ACH Payments.
- Refund Issuance to Clients/Manual collections of Client Trust money.
- Manage Client Funds on the Balance Sheet.
- SOC Audit communication related to the Client Funds Accounts.
- Manage Smartsheet tracking for all client funds.
- Assist VP of Finance and Controller with budget.
- Other responsibilities as requested or assigned.
