General Summary
This position is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations while also overseeing accounting support staff and team operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage team workflow, communicating priorities and addressing team’s day-to-day challenges
- Prepare and/or review appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Oversee and manage monthly close process
- Collaborate with FP&A on monthly reporting, key financial metrics and budget against actual analysis
- Assist with the budgeting/forecasting process as directed
- Assist with the year-end audit and preparation of related schedules
- Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Coach, train and mentor staff
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and public accounting experience preferred
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ progressive accounting experience
- Thorough knowledge of U.S GAAP
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of NetSuite is a plus

Physical and Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
