PeopleCheck Limited is an industry leader in the Background Screening and Employee vetting sector. We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our finance team and are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant at our busy and bright Richmond Upon Thames office.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, discretion and kindness and aim to provide an excellence in service to our clients and their candidates.
The role centres largely but not exclusively around the preparation of monthly invoices and chasing of outstanding invoices in a timely, professional, patient and above all kind manner. Our customer service and communication are key to all aspects of our service.
Successful applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Have minimum 5 years finance/accounts experience.
- Confident & experienced in working with SAGE Accounting software.
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Have an ability see things in context.
- Be able to self start yet also work within a team.
- Have a collaborative and helpful attitude and strong work ethic.
- Live within a reasonable commute to our Central Richmond Upon Thames offices (please may we gently advise there is no parking at the office however public transport links are plentiful)
- Be patient and kind with gentle humour.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7-14 per week
Salary: From £15.00 per hour
