Job description
WE Talent are working with an award winning Chartered Accountants in Colchester who are recruiting for a practice experienced Junior Accountant to join their team.
An individual who is either part ACA/ACCA (AAT qualified also considered) you will be supporting the team to deliver a range of services across accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities
- Managing a client portfolio prioritising quality of relationships and open and regular communication both over the phone and in client meetings (client site / office and remote)
- Providing business insights to clients to help them manage their financial affairs
- Review bookkeeping and compliance work completed by the overseas and internal teams
- Review of year end accounts
- Completion of pre year-end tax planning reviews for clients
- Completion of management accounts
- Liaison with the external auditors
- Delivering pricing options to clients
- Attending networking events to grow your client portfolio
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA Part Qualified
- AAT Qualified also considered
- Practice experience is essential
- Experienced user of Xero or QuickBooks Online
- Technology focused
- Confident with managing client relationships
