Job Description
Main duties include:
- Preparing monthly financial accounts and related overheads
- Identifying journal adjustments and recommend correct accounting treatment for unusual transactions
- Regularly reviewing and analysing revenue related budget and forecast variances
- Preparing monthly cost reallocation modules
- Reviewing accruals and site level P&Ls
- Supporting the year end audit procedure
- Completion and/or review of cost and balance sheet reconciliations
- Full participation with Finance Systems project teams on developing and improving of financial models
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting and contribute to cost control and cost monitoring
- Calculating variance analysis - to include root cause analysis and countermeasures to anomalous entries in the accounts
- Bank account reconciliation and assisting with ad-hoc duties to support wider finance department.
Key skills & Experience required:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Positive attitude and keen to roll up sleeves and add to the team dynamic
- Intermediate Excel
