About Us
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.
We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other public spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.
We are now looking for an Accountant to join us on a 11- month fixed term contract, on a full-time basis for 36 hours per week.

The Role
The Royal Parks finance function is currently going through a programme of transformation. A key part of this programme is the delivery of a new finance system throughout 2023. We require existing members of the team to switch focus to the new finance system implementation over this period. We are seeking a qualified accountant to provide cover and backfill on key day to day finance activities while the new finance system is being implemented. There may also be an ad hoc requirement to assist in the new system implementation.
