Job description

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our company. In this role, you will work closely with the company's finance and operations management teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Reconciles and balance multiple accounts.
• Provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
• Perform general bookkeeping, journal entry, and data entry functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Quickbooks
• Highly detail oriented with excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
• Potential candidate must possess great analytical skills.
• Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
