Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our company. In this role, you will work closely with the company's finance and operations management teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general bookkeeping and data entry functions using multiple software.
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable/Account Payable functions and processes across multiple company divisions.
- Work closely with management to ensure company operations are in accordance with the annual and monthly budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for data entry.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
- Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
