Reporting to the Manager General Accounting, Accounting, this position is responsible for the development and maintenance of accurate financial information for specific areas of the general ledger and financial statements. This information supports effective fiscal planning, reporting, attainment of strategic goals and objectives of the organization, and provides current financial statements of the Medical Center's performance.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting is required.

2. Minimum of four years accounting experience is required.

3. Knowledge of computer accounting systems, spreadsheets, written and oral communication of financial information is required. Knowledge of hospital/healthcare industry accounting practices is preferred.

4. Ability to perform duties and complete projects with minimal supervision is required
