Job description
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be excited to learn and grow with a well-established company. We offer a flexible schedule and hours (part-time or full-time). This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and a firm understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of payments and invoices.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts.
- Prepare reports.
- Assist the Accounting Manager where needed.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
