We are looking for a hard-working, detail oriented, dedicated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate shows a high level of organization, a strong ability to solve problems independently, and can accurately perform a variety of tasks to complete their responsibilities by a given deadline.
General Responsibilities:
Utilizes computer software programs (Excel, Word 10, Outlook) to perform duties and responsibilities. Research/Itemizes incoming invoices. Develops automated spreadsheets. Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, and 10-key calculator.
Required Qualifications:
Accounting experience, Basic computer skills and word processing. Experience with spreadsheets (Excel). Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast pace ever-changing work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
