About the job: The Property Accountant is responsible for property-level accounting pertinent to the financial performance review of the portfolio. General duties include the oversight of cash inflows and outflows and assisting the Asset Management team with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable
- Rents receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial statement processing
- Filing RPIE's (Real Property Income and Expense)
- Ledger reviews
- Monitoring cash balances
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadline
- Tech-savvy and ability to learn quickly
- Attention to deal
- Experience with AppFolio a plus
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration a preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
