Accounting Clerk

Excellence Auto Collision – Silver Star is looking for an experienced full-time Accounting Clerk to join our growing team! You will be responsible for supporting accounting activities within the store.

Your Day to Day:

Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable including posting daily transactions, reconciliation of accounts, & follow-up on outstanding accounts
Process payable invoices/payments according to company policy
Ensure timely preparation of monthly invoicing for assigned operating groups
Assist with other accounting functions/special projects
Ensure validity, integrity, & accuracy of input data
Assist with journal entries, bank deposits, & daily/monthly reconciliations
Contribute to month end closing process

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 1 year of related experience
Experience with CDK is an asset
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong organizational & time management skills
