Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of consistent, verifiable experience in automotive industry
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Strong focus on organization
- Ability to multi-task

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for general accounting responsibilities to include accounts payable/receivable, schedules, filing, etc.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Maintaining/cleaning account schedules
- Deal processing and billing
- Preparing reports
- Cash reconciliation and the accuracy of paperwork
- Mail duties
- Inform Controller and sales management of any returned contracts and/or additional paperwork needed for funding
- Filing duties
- Other duties as assigned
