Job Purpose
To assist the Group Finance Manager in the development and delivery of a range of financial services including planning, accounting, monitoring and advisory services which meet the needs and priorities of Services and are consistent with the corporate financial standards and policies of the Council in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Finance and ICT Service Plan and the Community Plan.

This is a permanent full time post within the Finance & ICT Service. The Admin Base for this post is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday
Annual Salary £36,873 - £40,167
The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - 50-79% of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
