Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Accounts/Admin team in ensuring daily duties are complete.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
- Issuing sales invoices, Bank reconciliations, entering purchasing invoices, etc.
- Calculate and check to ensure payments, amounts, and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries.
- Managing petty cash transactions.-Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- General office duties (answering the phones, photocopying, sorting the post, sending emails, etc.)
- Minimum AAT Level 3 or above
- Previous experience in a similar role –minimum 12 months
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience with office-based computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn new processes
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritise responsibilities

Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: Monday –Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
