Job description
As Account Representative you will be responsible for the sale of semiconductors and computer peripherals. This position takes fortitude, entrepreneurial instinct, and top relationship-building skills to be successful.
We are keen on hiring sales talent with a few years of sales experience. The chosen candidates are proficient in one of the following languages: Portuguese/ French, or Hungarian. You will have the opportunity to build your own customer base by prospecting, servicing, and nurturing an account base that includes computer manufacturers and other electronics companies around the world.
More specifically your regular duties will be to do:
- Researching diligently for customer leads using the internet and other research tools
- Qualifying and following up on commercial leads
- Prospecting and acquiring customers to advertise the VAS that Smith has to offer
- Negotiating pricing and delivery times with customers
- Relationship building and full account management
- Delivering high-quality service to our existing customers
- Staying up to date with our electronics market
- Interfacing with the Purchasing and Distribution teams worldwide
Smith & Associates will provide you with personal on-the-job training as well as a diverse set of courses through Smith University.
