Permanent full time entry level accounts assistant vacancy in Esher, with hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home, free parking, £23,000 plus a full study support package for AAT, ACCA and CIMA
Job Description
Full training is provided:* Reconciliation of supplier statements
Raising and sending client invoices
- Providing proof of payment upon request
- Responding to supplier invoice queries
- Credit Control
- Payment run cover - multi currency - BACS
- Email inbox maintenance
- Daily cash receipting
- Intercompany account transfers
- Scanning and filing
- Bank reconciliations
